How We Work

Before we recommend anything, we ask about everything.

Most technology conversations start with your network. Ours starts with your business — because the right answer for a surgery center is not the right answer for a machine shop. No proposal on the first call.

The Sequence

Ask, then plan, then run it

It’s the same sequence for every client, and we don’t skip the first part when somebody is in a hurry.

1

We ask

A structured conversation across five areas of your business. It takes a couple of hours of your time and it’s where everything else comes from.

2

We tell you what we’d do

Findings in plain English and one recommended next step — never a menu of packages for you to price-compare. If we’re not the right fit, we say so.

3

We run it

We build it, operate it, and stay accountable for it, with somebody who knows your business by name rather than by ticket number.

The Assessment

Five areas — and the real questions we ask

Every advisor says they’re consultative. Almost none will show you what they actually ask. Here’s ours.

01

Business Opportunity & Risk

What you’re trying to grow, what’s in the way, and what the business would lose if a particular thing stopped working. Technology decisions that don’t start here end up solving the wrong problem well.

Questions from this section
If nothing changes in twelve months, what does that cost you?
What are you not doing today because the systems won’t support it?
Which part of this business would you least like to explain to a client after a bad week?
02

Operational Continuity

What has to keep running, how long it could be down before it genuinely hurts, and whether anybody has tested the assumption rather than inherited it.

Questions from this section
If your main system went down on your busiest morning, what actually happens next?
When did somebody last restore a real file from your backup and watch it open?
Who would you call first, and do they know that?
03

Cyber & Technology

What you have, who looks after it, and where the gaps are between the tools you bought and the way they’re actually configured.

Questions from this section
Who is responsible for this when the person who set it up is unavailable?
What would somebody have to do to get into your email right now?
What’s still running that nobody wants to touch?
04

AI Opportunity & Risk

What your team is already using, what information goes into it, and whether anybody has decided what’s allowed — because the decisions are being made either way.

Questions from this section
Who on your team is using AI today, and what are they putting into it?
If a client asked what your AI policy says, what would you send them?
Where could AI save your people real time without creating a disclosure?
05

Liability & Defensibility

What you’d have to prove, to whom, and whether the evidence exists today or would have to be assembled under pressure.

Questions from this section
Could you produce that documentation today?
When a prime or a carrier sends you a requirement, who signs it — and based on what?
If this went wrong, could you show you made reasonable decisions?
What You Get

You keep the findings either way

Findings in writing

In plain English, covering all five areas — not a slide deck about us with your logo on the front.

One recommended next step

The thing we’d do first if it were our business, and why. Never a menu with a middle option designed to be chosen.

An honest answer about fit

Including “you don’t need us for this” when that’s true. It happens, and it’s the reason the rest is worth something.

Those questions are better asked out loud.

Tell us what’s going on and an advisor calls you back within one business day. Nothing to sign, nothing installed, no pitch deck.
